I am very impressed with this office and its amazing staff! Ruby is an absolute pleasure to speak with.She’s just so helpful!
Gerard & Alex are so wonderful and always willing to assist me and my dog Cutter as Cutter has flooring issues. They are so polite and very caring.I really appreciate all the care and concern Dr. LaCroix has for my dog.She listens to all my concerns and explains in detail how to proceed with the issues at hand.
She was recommended to me by my personal vet and I’m so glad they did! If I left out any staff members, my apologies. I Thank You all for everything you do!

Highly recommend! They treated my cat Nova as a part of their family; always so gentle and kind with my little anxious girl. They were very knowledgeable and helped with her non-healing corneal ulcer. Her eye was stubborn and eventually needed surgery. They explained everything to me and walked me through it. I don't write reviews, but in this case I am going to make an exception. Our ten year old mini Goldendoodle, Henry, had recently developed diabetic cataracts and gone blind. My family and I were devastated. I immediately started researching veterinary ophthalmologist who could potentially help restore his vision and came across Dr. La Croix. I called and scheduled the next available appointment for the following week. Dr. La Croix and her staff did some preliminary tests and told us exactly what our commitment (time, medications and financial) would be as Henry would require a lot of attention for this to work. We brought him back again soon thereafter to evaluate whether he was a candidate for surgery (which he was). At that evaluation, Dr. La Croix saw how upset I was and compassionately put her hand on mine and said, "Henry is going to see again". She didn't qualify the comment and pepper it with disclosures, etc which was quite refreshing and appreciated. She was confident that the surgery was going to restore his vision. Henry had his surgery last Thursday. I dropped him off in the morning and picked him up around 6 PM. He was pretty out of it on Thursday night and really wasn't seeing yet. When I woke on Friday morning to take him out, I saw that he was following me and he was seeing. We went outside and the spring was back in his step.Dr. La Croix literally called as we came back into the house and I said 'Henry can see'. Even over the phone I could sense Dr. La Croix' shared delight in this amazing outcome. Since then, Henry has become himself again. Howling as we prepare his breakfast and dinner, jumping on the couch and bed for belly rubs, and enjoying the backyard. I also want to mention the great staff at Vet Eye Specialist, Kathleen, Li, Charles, Gerard (sorry if I left anyone out). They are wonderful and caring and helped make this difficult period better. I sincerely can't say enough wonderful things about Dr LaCroix and her office staff!
I brought in a kitty with an autoimmune problem. Her medicine treatment unfortunately caused her eye issues and we thought she might lose BOTH. Ofc I was a ball of nerves and Dr.LaCroix assured me she'd try her hardest and we'll see.
Dr LaCroix proceeded to get in touch with another specialist to help my kitty's skin disorder so this doesn't happen again!
The office staff is equally amazing every one of them was a pleasure to deal with, to find so many kind caring ppl in one place, you'll know your in the right place!
Btw My kitty kept both eyes and can see from both!

We cannot shower enough praise and gratitude upon Dr. La Croix and her entire staff.  Recently, our senior disabled dog Joey had a tear in his cornea that required two surgeries in order to save his eye.  From the very first contact, Dr. La  Croix and her staff instilled in us the confidence that whatever the odds were of saving Joey's eye, they were at the highest peak given the care and treatment that Dr. La Croix and her staff were going to provide.  That they saved Joey's eye was truly a blessing.  But our view of Dr. La Croix and her staff -- by staff, we mean everyone, from the reception folks to the clinical staff, all of them -- would remain the same even had the outcome been different. If I could give Dr. La Croix and her team more than five stars, I absolutely would. Our Cavalier King Charles Spaniel puppy, Leo, developed a severe corneal ulcer that became infected due to dry eye. We were told he was at serious risk of losing his eye if treatment wasn't started immediately.

Dr. La Croix acted quickly, confidently, and with incredible skill. Her prompt diagnosis and treatment quite literally saved Leo's eye. Throughout the entire process, Danielle and the rest of the staff were compassionate, attentive, and kept us informed every step of the way.

It's clear that everyone in this practice genuinely cares about their patients and their families. We are beyond grateful for everything they did for Leo and cannot thank them enough. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. La Croix to anyone looking for an exceptional veterinary ophthalmologist. I wanted to express our gratitude to Dr Noel and her team, we had an exceptionally great experience with them. Our dear Sandy , 9 years old golden had neoplasms on both of her eyes which needed surgical intervention. From the first moment meeting Dr Noel I knew she is in good hands. Dr. Noel is very calm, content, and  intelligent in the field. She did thorough examination and a fantastic job with the surgery. She recovered quickly and without complication. Her pretty eyes are back to normal again. The team followed her progress closely and was very quick to be reached in need. We love them and thank them from the bottom of our hearts. Dr. LaCroix is the best veterinary specialist I have ever come across, the most genuine honest professional person ever! She has always taken time out no matter what time to help me or even my friends animals who she’s never seen! She’s such an amazing human and Dr. I truly respect her and all her work she does. She really cares deeply for animals I cannot thank her enough for her help with my cat and also advice and referrals for my friends dog. Also not to mention how awesome and nice her staff is! - I’ve already wrote this review years ago when she helped my cat.
