We cannot shower enough praise and gratitude upon Dr. La Croix and her entire staff. Recently, our senior disabled dog Joey had a tear in his cornea that required two surgeries in order to save his eye. From the very first contact, Dr. La Croix and her staff instilled in us the confidence that whatever the odds were of saving Joey's eye, they were at the highest peak given the care and treatment that Dr. La Croix and her staff were going to provide. That they saved Joey's eye was truly a blessing. But our view of Dr. La Croix and her staff -- by staff, we mean everyone, from the reception folks to the clinical staff, all of them -- would remain the same even had the outcome been different. They are all a perfect blend of professionalism, dedication, compassion and good humor.

Everyone in this practice is very knowledgeable. Dr. Lacroix was the best. She treated my puppy with kindness and did an amazing surgery on her cherry eye. Would definitely recommend this practice.

If I could give Dr. La Croix and her team more than five stars, I absolutely would. Our Cavalier King Charles Spaniel puppy, Leo, developed a severe corneal ulcer that became infected due to dry eye. We were told he was at serious risk of losing his eye if treatment wasn't started immediately. Dr. La Croix acted quickly, confidently, and with incredible skill. Her prompt diagnosis and treatment quite literally saved Leo's eye. Throughout the entire process, Danielle and the rest of the staff were compassionate, attentive, and kept us informed every step of the way. It's clear that everyone in this practice genuinely cares about their patients and their families. We are beyond grateful for everything they did for Leo and cannot thank them enough. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. La Croix to anyone looking for an exceptional veterinary ophthalmologist. She gave our puppy the chance to keep his eye, and for that we'll always be thankful.

I wanted to express our gratitude to Dr Noel and her team, we had an exceptionally great experience with them. Our dear Sandy , 9 years old golden had neoplasms on both of her eyes which needed surgical intervention. From the first moment meeting Dr Noel I knew she is in good hands. Dr. Noel is very calm, content, and intelligent in the field. She did thorough examination and a fantastic job with the surgery. She recovered quickly and without complication. Her pretty eyes are back to normal again. The team followed her progress closely and was very quick to be reached in need. We love them and thank them from the bottom of our hearts. Dr. LaCroix is the best veterinary specialist I have ever come across, the most genuine honest professional person ever! She has always taken time out no matter what time to help me or even my friends animals who she’s never seen! She’s such an amazing human and Dr. I truly respect her and all her work she does. I brought my dog, Chopper, to Dr La Croix on Monday to get his eye treated. Dr La Croix wasted no time while understanding Chopper's problem. What we did not know was that Chopper already developed cancer throughout his body. Dr La Croix quickly contacted our dog's other vet to ask in depth questions and get as much information to help as possible. While examining Chopper she made so many brilliant observations that helped us get Chopper the care he needed. Just in the short time that she knew him she showed him so much love. She was extremely worried about Chopper's worsening condition and contacted us afterwards to make sure the dog was alright. She knew how sick he was and she urged us to take Chopper to an amazing vet er (VEG Commack, Heavily reccomend). Had it not been for her intervention after the fact we may not have gotten Chopper the care he needed. Unfortunately we decided to put Chopper down that night, he was far to sick to even live the night. We were able to spend his final few hours by his side while he was in no pain and under extreme care at VEG. None of this would have been possible without Dr La Croix. Losing a pet is hard but feeling the pure love Dr La Croix had for my dog made the decisions less painful. If it were not for her intervention Chopper very well could have suffered. The following day she sent flowers to our home with a lovely letter. I wish I could give a million stars. Not even just to her capability as a doctor but to who she is as a person. There is nobody in the world I would trust more with my pet than Dr La Croix and her expertise and her compassion. Thank you so much

What a wonderful veterinarian, eye specialist Dr. La Croix is. I have never met such a caring, compassionate veterinarian. When my cat boo needed an eye specialist she gave her such wonderful care. Everyone in the office was wonderful as well!
