Customers may cancel or reschedule without penalty by notifying us at least 48 hours before their scheduled appointment time. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at: (631) 954-5800 or service@veteyesli.com
If cancelling with a voice mail or e-mail, we must receive the message at least 48 hours prior to the appointment time.
Late Cancellation: Cancellations are considered “late” when the customer does not cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Late cancellations will result in the customer losing their deposit fee.
Missed Appointments: If a customer misses their scheduled appointment without canceling, they will be charged 35% of the price of the exam when scheduling their next appointment.
Booking Fees: Any booking fees charged to the customer for scheduling an appointment will be refunded if the customer cancels or reschedules within the timeframe defined above.
Refunds: Any refunds will be processed in the same method as the original payment.
